⚠ Triple shortage. GPU, RAM and SSD are all spiked — cheap listings are out of stock everywhere. RAM is the only real budget-breaker (64GB in-stock ≈ ₹73.5k vs ~₹22k normal). Everything else is fairly priced. Consider importing RAM+SSD from Canada if that friend is available.

GPU tier guide. The RTX 5070 Ti 16GB is the pick — it's the cheapest card with enough VRAM for local-LLM work and CUDA. The RX 9070 XT (₹~70k) and RTX 5070 12GB (₹~68k) are ~₹40k cheaper with similar gaming FPS, but the 9070 XT has no CUDA (kills PyTorch/AI) and the 5070 has only 12GB (ages badly for AI). The RTX 5080 is ~₹27k more for the same 16GB VRAM — faster, not better value. So the ₹40k premium over a 9070 XT is the price of CUDA + 16GB.
